PARENTS MUST ATTEND

WINTER CONDITIONING

Tuesday through Thursday 2:30 - 4:00
Tuesday/Thursday weight room training.
Wednesday training at Gold's Gym in Lake Ridge


You must have a current * physical to participate in Winter conditioning

( The physical form is available in the school office and on the Spring registration page )


*The physical must be dated after May 2007
